Primerjajmo to z drugimi seveda slovanskimi ali pa če hočete venetskimi možnostmi.
Zanimivo je pogledati še predvsem grško in latinsko verzijo teh pomenov in besed. Iz obeh je razvidno, da sta bliže slovanskim kot drugim zahodnoevropskim verzijam. Vendar pa če pogledamo semantična drevesa v latinščini ali pa grščini za te pomene ugotovimo, da sta jih ta dva jezika izgubila med tem ko pa slovanske verzije nadaljujejo po istem vzorcu kot ga najdemo v sanskrtu.
