By now you should be aware that we are dealing here with more than a single ethnicity, so to answer to the question in the title above, we first have to determine what ethnicity in particular are we interested about.

To make the answer short, we can summarize the following. For the indigenous "True Pelasges " i.e. "Veneti" (Venets) the answer is yes, however for the newcomers (the evolving ruling class) we can not be sure, even more so because they came from the notoriously non-homogeneous "Sea Peoples", some of whom as we very well know were from African east Mediterranean coast and Egypt. All these ethnicities merged and hence in few hundred years perhaps up to a thousand years Greek nation evolved.
